Opensoft Technologies is having an AA level and is, thus, partially conformant meaning that there are parts of our content that are not yet fully accessible.

Captions and transcripts are not available on old video and audio files – alternate visual content is being developed where possible

Responsive web design
With the current responsive design, the website will automatically adjust to the width of the user’s screen to allow for the easy location and reading of information. The design changes according to the size of the font. Users can make the font larger or smaller as required.

Opensoft Technologies has included various accessibility and customization options to enhance the user’s experience. If you are experiencing problems with accessibility, then the following should be of assistance:
Altering the text size
To make the font size larger or smaller, the user must press down the Control (Ctrl) key and scroll the mouse wheel. Holding the Control (Ctrl) key and pressing the plus and minus keys will achieve the same result.
Firefox and Internet explorer: accessing the “View” menu and selecting “Zoom” will allow the user to make the webpage bigger or smaller
Google Chrome: the font can be made bigger or smaller by clicking on the customization button and using the mouse to click on the plus or minus symbols.
Changing the color contrast
Windows computers: to change the color contrast, the user needs to: click “Start” → “Control Panel” → “Accessibility Options”. Under this section, the user needs to click on “Display” and make sure the “Use High Contrast” checkbox has been ticked. Different color contrast options can be selected by selecting “Settings”.
Apple Macs: change the color contrast settings by going to “System Preferences” → “Universal Access” → “Seeing”. From here the user can alter the contrast settings by selecting the “Display” subsection.
